I offer an incredibly liberal approach for my clients. In your package you will recieve your digital negatives. Owning the digital negatives of your photographs is a very unique and valuable thing.
Owning your digital negatives allows you to upload your photographs to your computer enabling you to edit and print all sizes at your convenience and at the location of your choice. You can create digital albums and professional videos, design personal Christmas, wedding, baby, graduation and other event cards, print them on canvas, posters, purses, bags, puzzles, calendars, mugs and more! Clients often change their house décor, and/or move to a new home and want a professional photograph reprinted in a different size or specially framed – all this is possible and so much more when you own your digital negatives.
Included in your session price is a CD of 15 color images/poses of your choice from your session and lifetime copywrite permission.
Using custom color correction, creative editing and optimization of all images, each portrait has a unique custom look. You, your family and friends will have the opportunity to purchase additional color, specialized black & white and “painted” versions of your photograph negatives as well. Each digital negative will be in a resolution that will allow you to have them printed from wallet size up to at least 8 x 10 (or larger, depending on the negative image resolution).
Because my family is a priority I book a limited number of shoots each month. Out of town sessions should be booked at least 3-4 weeks in advance.

Cancellations within the 72 hour period will be a credit on your account that can be used in the future for available sessions. Cancellations less than 72 hours will incur a $50.00 rescheduling fee.
**Out of Abilene Sessions
Total session amount will be processed in full at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment. A 21 day notification of cancellation is required for refunds. Cancellations less than 21 days will incur an additional $50.00 rescheduling fee. $.50 a mile will be added for sessions out of town when Kimberli is not already on location.

CLIENTS
15 color negatives/poses are included in your package price

Proofs will post on the website 7-10 days after the photo shoot and will be available to order for 10 days. After the 10 day ordering period, my favorite proofs will be put in an album that can be viewed in the Gallery on the website.
FAMILY AND FRIENDS
Relatives and Friends also have the opportunity to purchase negatives during the ten day proof viewing time. They will receive a separate CD of their negatives mailed directly to them. $6.00 shipping and handling will be added to their final order.

$50.00 an hour for each additional hour over the 1 hour session
$.50 a mile for out of town shoots where Kimberli is not already on location
$25.00 per hour for client requested extensive editing and touch ups on digital negatives (in addition to standard editing)

I specialize in children, seniors, couples, bridal, and families. Since all photography sessions are outdoors, I recommend as much as possible, wearing solid colored shirts, jackets, pants and dresses as this keeps things very simple and classy. Props, hats and accessories are welcome.
We will take plenty of pictures for you to choose from and we will have a fun time doing it! If you are going to bring a change(s) of clothes, please let me know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
